Sligo in the North West corner of Ireland has some of the finest Irish links courses on its doorstep. The most famous of these is the Co Sligo club at Rosses Point, but only 45 mins away is the impressive links at the Co Donegal Club at Murvagh. You can fly from Manchester, Birmingham or Stansted to Knock. For other airports you will have to fly to Dublin, Belfast or Derry and drive or alternatively if you want to take your car we can offer ferries from all the Irish Sea ports. From our Hotel it is only 3 mins drive into town where you can leave the car and walk straight into the “craic”. On the Saturday arrival day you can head straight to Rosses Point to get in 18 holes practice as it is light until late. Rounds 1 & 3 on the Sunday and Tuesday will be at Murvagh and Rds 2 & 4 will be back at Rosses Point. Five nights and 4 rounds of spectacular links golf with the optional practice round. This is a largely unexplored part of Ireland by tourists but it surely will not remain that way. These tremendous links courses are a must for lovers of seaside golf.
